- Promotion, support, or financing of terrorist or extremist organizations.
- Hosting, publication, or distribution of related content.
2.4 Fraud & Deception
- Phishing, spoofing, impersonation, or unauthorized use of another person's identity.
- Scams, fraudulent schemes, or deceptive practices.
- Identity theft, financial fraud, or other related unlawful activities.
2.5 Cybersecurity Violations
- Distribution of malware, viruses, or other malicious code.
- Operating, managing, or supporting botnets.
- Unauthorized access or attempted access to systems, accounts, or networks.
- Exploiting vulnerabilities in systems, applications, or networks without authorization.
2.6 Abuse of Services
- Sending spam or other unsolicited communications.
- Hosting or distributing harmful or abusive content.
- Any activity that disrupts, degrades, overloads, damages, or otherwise adversely affects our services, systems, networks, or infrastructure.
2.7 Sanctions & Regulatory Compliance
- Use of our services in violation of applicable sanctions laws or regulations.
- Transactions or activities involving restricted or sanctioned jurisdictions, individuals, or entities where prohibited by applicable law.
- Attempts to circumvent, evade, or interfere with our compliance controls or procedures.
3. Enforcement
We monitor the use of our services to detect and prevent violations of this Policy.
If a violation is identified or reasonably suspected, we reserve the right to take one or more of the following actions, as appropriate:
- Issue a warning.
- Temporarily suspend services.
- Permanently terminate services and/or the associated account.
- Remove content or disable access to it.
- Report the relevant activity to competent authorities where required or permitted by applicable law.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services without prior notice in cases of suspected or confirmed violations of this Policy, particularly where immediate action is necessary to protect our services, infrastructure, users, or third parties.
