Scams, fraudulent schemes, or misleading practices
Identity theft or financial fraud
2.5 Cybersecurity Violations
Distribution of malware, viruses, or malicious code
Operating botnets
Unauthorized access to systems or networks
Exploiting vulnerabilities
2.6 Abuse of Services
Spamming or sending unsolicited communications
Hosting or distributing harmful or abusive content
Any activity that disrupts or harms our infrastructure
2.7 Sanctions & Compliance
Use of services in violation of applicable sanctions laws
Transactions involving restricted or sanctioned jurisdictions
Attempts to bypass compliance controls
3. Enforcement

We actively monitor usage to detect and prevent violations of this policy.

If a violation is identified, we may take one or more of the following actions:

Issue a warning
Suspend services temporarily
Terminate accounts permanently
Remove or disable access to content
Report the activity to relevant authorities

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services without prior notice in cases of suspected or confirmed violations.

We review all reports and take appropriate action.

5. Compliance & Legal Requests

We cooperate with law enforcement and regulatory authorities where required by law.

We handle data and requests in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR.
